Family restaurant with over 25 years of experience in a mid-mountain valley, on the CV-170 as it passes through Atzeneta del Maestrat (Alt Maestrat). Cuisine featuring traditional and local dishes from the Maestrazgo region, using grandmother's recipes: the house specialties are grilled meats, mushrooms, paellas, and homemade desserts. The Kitchen • Menu of starters (anchovies in oil, Roman-style squid, bull cecina, partridge salad, confit octopus), first courses (Cuban-style rice, mountain salad, green asparagus, paellas), and grilled second courses (lamb chops, churrasco, confit lamb, oxtail, young rabbit, mixed grill, marinated duck, beef sirloin, meat grill…). Dishes for vegetarians, celiacs, and those with allergies. • Menus: daily (Monday to Friday at noon), weekend and holiday, "route" tasting menu of local products, and special mushroom menu.
