Restaurante La Mar Salà

Restaurant on Dosel beach (Cullera), inside the Albufera Natural Park and next to the rice fields of the Ribera Baixa. The owners, Fernando Piris and Raquel Torres, turned it into an emblem: the *esmorzaret* ("the temple of the Valencian lunch") and rice dishes, with seasonal and local products, Mediterranean and zero-kilometer cuisine.
