Venta Salas (Venta Hermanos Salas, formerly "Venta María"), on the Jerez–Cartagena road, km 72, at the exit of Algodonales (Cádiz), near the Antequera–Jerez road. It was started by María Amaya on November 1, 1980, and today it is run by her children María, Miguel Ángel, and Manolo Salas.
